For Students
Socially, Aish in the Annex is known for hosting some of the best student parties in the downtown core.
On Shabbat, there is a dynamic Carlebach style Friday Night service which is easy to follow for beginners. Following that, our shabbat table is always full of energy and the best food you can find in the Annex - all free of charge.
Inspirational classes on a Tuesday night focus on philosophy and practical wisdom and are pitched at a level for beginners and intermediate students. Our Maimonidies Leaders Fellowship is a 10 week course for students at UofT and Ryerson providing a generous stipend of $500 on completion of the course. We also have a beginners Conversational Hebrew class running on Wednesday nights.
One-on-One learning, question and counseling sessions are also available with the Rabbi, Rabbi's wife or study partner. Email us to request a meeting - mgoldstein@aish.com.
Internationally we run highly acclaimed and successful Birthright trips and Jerusalem Fellowships tours of Israel as well as a number of other longer and follow-up trips.
We aim to provide all our student services for free or highly subsidized to make sure that finance is never a barrier to participation.

Young Professionals (20s)
We know how busy you are but also how much you value a little inspiration in your life so our Young Professional Programming is tailored to provide you with both practical and inspirational advice making the time you spend at Aish valuable at work, at play and in your heart.
Socially we run warm and welcoming mixers allowing you to network and meet new people as well as catch up with old friends without having to shout over the loud music! Our entertainment, food and drink is always of a high standard and our parties are widely publicized by word of mouth and often sell-out events.
Educationally we run a ground-breaking and highly popular Executive Round Table events once a month for 15-20 hand-picked young professionals, half men, half women from a variety of professional backrounds. The speakers we bring in are all highly acclaimed in their field and present on a topic highly practical to your professional and personal development, for example networking, time-management and financial planning. These events are always sold-out weeks in advance and have wait-lists.

For Singles we regularly work with the highly successful Speed-dating team to run parties and formal speed-dating events. We also have a professional match-maker on the Aish team for secular Jews who want to take their romantic life seriously. Our dating events attract high-quality, socially successful Jewish people, who have no trouble finding a date, but are serious and interested in making connections without the 'hit-and-miss' and games of the secular dating scene.
COMING SOON -
A regular Sunday Night Scene for Young Professionals combining a chilled out social centred around an inspirational and practical class on Jewish wisdom.
'Directions', a 5 week course with an evening classes, one-on-one sessions and a Shabbat meal.
An inspiration Social Action Israel Tour taking in the country and some Aish inspirational wisdom but also learning and participating in charitable and social action projects across the country.
